Checking the Cloth

In spite of the fact that materials are carefully checked, mistakes can happen.
If you are making this cloth up for someone else or are getting an item made you must check the correct cloth is being used before cutting. We take no responsibility for issues caused by not checking the cloth before cutting/upholstering.

If products are faulty or damaged on receipt we will offer a replacement or refund. Please return the product stating the reason for return. We will also refund postage costs. We do not accept the return of fabrics which have been cut. Please note that you must be able to provide proof of delivery to us of your returns, so please ensure you retain any tracking information in case we cannot locate your parcels. We offer advice by e-mail and telephone if you need help choosing the right item(s) before you buy.
